Lansdowne is small unique hill station of  Pauri Garhwal region,surrounded by Banj, cheer,buransh and kafal forests. The cantonment town of Landsdowne is a small, well-kept town and has maintained its british era building and bunglow .It is head quarter of Garhwal rifles. Lansdowne was a major place of the activities of freedom fighters from British Garhwal during British period.One can visit Lansdowne round the year mist cover the place any time of the year which makes this place mesmerizing. Lansdowne is ideal place for meditation, reading ,writing walking rejuvenation mind and body and soul.Clean roads with trees around few vehicles on roads its very refreshing to walk on roads. During winter snow makes this place very beautiful, winter line is also easily visible from here. 

                               It has spectacular scenery around it and Himalayan peaks are visible from tiffin top point. Lansdowne forest have many wild animals and varieties of birds which  can be easily seen towards road to Jayrikhal a small sceenic village near Lansdowne .One can enjoy bird watching, trekking, boating during its visit to Lansdowne. You get a totally fresh feel during your visit there commands magnificent view of of Himalayas, many lower ranges all around it and plains of UP with river Ganges and Ram Ganga flowing down the plains

Museum 
: Army regimental museum gives a glimse of glorious history of Garhwal Rifles. It is open for public on all working days.

Tiffin Top: This point is around 3km from Lansdowne in the solitude lap of nature in the mid of Banj forest only. This place is so much silent that you can hear the air sound and chirping of differnt birds. The view from this point is very beautiful, small village Jayrikhal is visible from this place.
Bhulla Tal: It is small artifical lake in which boating is carried around lake there for kids, kids finds this place very entertaining .

Church: The old Church of British era
